San Diego Bar Stuffed Dates

Who doesn't love a sweet treat? These San Diego Bar stuffed dates are the perfect treat: a boost of protein, chocolately, and delicious. 

As a bonus, dates are high in fiber and antioxidants, heart-healthy, and high-in several nutrients. 

Here's what you'll need: 

  • dates 
  • 1 San Diego Original AntiOxi Bar 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter (or your favorite nut butter) 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dark Chocolate Chips 

 How to assemble: 

  1. Cut your San Diego Bar into small cubes and set aside 
  2. Cut your dates in half and discard the pit - don't cut all the way through!
  3. Take two of the OG AntiOxi cubes put in the middle of your date and close the sides around the cubes
  4. Add the dark chocolate chips and almond butter to a bowl and heat until melted and combined 
  5. Drizzle your chocolate almond butter mix over the stuffed date and enjoy! 

Pro tip: Place in the refrigerator 30 minutes before eating.
